Who can talk to a case manager at the SPOT?
Anyone who is between 13 and 24 years old.

When can you talk to a case manager?
Come to the SPOT any weekday (Monday - Friday) between 1pm and 5pm, or call to make an appointment for another time.

How much does case management cost?
All services at the SPOT are free.

What is case management?
A case manager is a person who will try to help you get the things you need or want in life. For example, a case manager can help you:

• Find a place to stay
• Look for a job
• Find out how to learn new skills to help you get a better job
• Finish high school, get your GED, or apply for college
• Get something to eat or apply for food stamps
• Get a state I.D. or a copy of government documents
• Apply for support if you have a disability
• and more!
