Case Management

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are not able to provide in-person assistance.  Please utilize United Way 211 by calling "211" for assistance.

The SPOT has case managers available to help link youth to area resources. Through an assessment and planning process, case managers can help coordinate care and advocate for needed services. Case managers can assist with:

  • housing
  • employment (finding and applying for jobs)
  • education or job training
  • medical and support services for pregnant women and parents
  • state identification or copy of government documents
  • health insurance or other benefit applications
  • food, clothing and hygiene resources
  • LGBT friendly services (i.e., medical providers, legal, and social support)
