Circle Of Concern reaches out to west and southwest St. Louis County families. Circle feeds the hungry; provides emergency help with rent, utilities and other necessities; gives school supplies, scholarships and summer "camperships" to young people and shares the spirit of the Holidays with less fortunate families.

CAASTLC offers several housing programs for homeless and low-to-moderate income families throughout St. Louis County; programs include Home Buyers Club (for persons wanting to purchase a home within 12-18 months, helps them improve or repair t heir credit score, home-buyer education and housing counseling with a HUD Certified counselor), Transitional Housing Program (homeless families), Home Ownership Program (for families in transitional housing), Missourians Building Assets Program (matched savings program to help working families save toward a down payment for a house); rent & mortgage assistance; home repair workshops.

The Housing Authority of St. Louis County:

Helps apartment owner offer reduced rents to low-income tenants; provides affordable housing for low income families, elderly, and disabled; Section 8 housing where you find your own place to live and use Sect ion 8 voucher to pay for all or a portion of the rent

St. Louis Housing Authority works to provide a stable future for individuals and families with access to safe, affordable housing. Our federally funded Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programs currently offer income-based assistance to more than 20,000 residents of St. Louis.

Programs and services include: Case Management; Eviction/Foreclosure Prevention; Housing and Homelessness Hot Line; Mobile Outreach; Relocation from condemned or inadequate housing.

St. Louis City & County

This prevention program helped 850 poverty-level families in existing housing to overcome housing crises through utility or rent payments. Clients also receive clothing, food, bus tickets, and household goods.

Transportation, such as donated cars and bus tickets, is made available to newly employed St. Patrick Center clients to ease the challenge of finding transportation to their jobs.

Referral service for a variety of needs, including housing assistance.
